Integrating Design Thinking
When I joined JP Morgan, I was assigned to a team that had been running for two years without any design resource.
I quickly discovered that fundamental processes needed to be introduced to allow UX and UI to be embedded into the teams ways of working, so I worked to integrate my design team into the product team.

The challenge was to make space and time for designers to support a large team of 70, while introducing processes and ways of working.
